“Comunicación y Hombre” Award to Professor and Doctor Fondevila for a scientific article on Broadband Society and cloud journalism
The director of the Cable Studies Center (CECABLE) and president of the Societat Catalana de Comunicació-Institut d’Estudis Catalans (SCC-IEC), Professor and Doctor Joan Francesc Fondevila Gascón, has won the Prize for the most cited article in the indexed scientific journal “Comunicación y Hombre”, from the Francisco de Vitoria University.
The indexed scientific article “Citizen journalism and cloud journalism: a necessary flow in the Broadband Society”, which Fondevila, who said he felt “happy and excited” about the award, published in 2013, is the article with the most citations in the journal.
