Dr. Fondevila, in the Interuniversity Conference and the Conference of future journalists
Dr. Joan Francesc Fondevila Gascón, director of the Cable Studies Center (CECABLE), university professor (Escola Universitària Mediterrani de la Universitat de Girona and Universitat Pompeu Fabra) and researcher at the Observatory of Scientific Communication at the University Pompeu Fabra (UPF), will participate as an academic (UdG, UPF, UAB, UOC) in the Interuniversity Conference on local journalism and the Conference of future proximity journalists to be carried out on April 14 at the Ramon Llull University, organized by the Media Association of Information and Communication (AMIC) and Vives Network of Universities .
The aim of the event lies in building bridges between the Catalan-speaking students of journalism and local press in various formats. The goal is to get closer to new generations of students of journalism, in the near future, and direct the work of the media partners of the organization and by extension to the members of the Federation of Press Publishers, Magazines and Digital Media, which AMIC is the founding organization. Dr. Fondevila will chair the session on the dual-reporter employer and the digital environment.
