Dr. Fondevila, in the scientific committee of EGOVIS
Dr. Joan Francesc Fondevila Gascón, director of the Cable Studies Center (CECABLE) and professor of university (Universitat Pompeu Fabra -first of Catalan and Spanish ranking, according to BBVA-, Escola Universitària Mediterrani de la UdG, URL, UOC, UAB, UB, UCJC and EAE-UPC), was elected member of the scientific committee of the Congress EGOVIS 2016 (5th International Conference on Electronic Government and the Information Systems Perspective EGOVIS 2016, Technology-Enabled Innovation for Democracy, Government and Governance), which took place from 5 to 8 September in Porto (Portugal).
For Dr. Fondevila, “it is a source of joy to be in the scientific committee of an event of this magnitude.” Principal investigator of the Research Group on Digital Journalism, Marketing and Broadband and Research Group on Innovative Monetization Systems of Digital Journalism, Marketing and Tourism (SIMPED) of CECABLE and various universities, Dr. Fondevila has published more than 100 scientific indexed articles and he has received numerous awards for his scientific work.
