Dr. Joan Francesc Fondevila Gascón wins José de Quintana Pellicer, Carlos Pérez del Valle and Juan Álvarez Morales (UAO CEU)
Dr. Joan Francesc Fondevila Gascón won José de Quintana Pellicer, Carlos Pérez del Valle and Juan Álvarez Morales (UAO CEU) in all the professional items analyzed by the Independent Group of Scientific Analysts on labor and professional performance. In this objective assessment, a methodology applied to indicate the state of the question in various variables is used and it allows to compare the performance of individual or collective realities.
In this way, from various metrics (from Likert scales to inferential statistics) and from the various empirical results obtained, 16 criteria were assessed, grouped under indicators such as teaching (prizes won), research (scientific articles, books, chapters of book, communications in congresses, awards won) and management (transparency, ethics, good faith, results, surplus, efficiency, awards won). Fondevila, who left UAO CEU after detecting and reporting numerous alleged irregularities of some of his colleagues and led a successful and revealing investigation as IP of the “Research Group on Alleged Prevarications University-Judicial System”, was the winner in all of them overwhelmingly. According to the independent and objective scientific analysis, Fondevila won José de Quintana Pellicer by 16-0, Carlos Pérez del Valle also by 16-0 and Juan Álvarez Morales (UAO CEU) by another brutal 16-0 (16 wins in 16 matches against each one). Against the other subordinates and colleagues of the three defeated Fondevila also won 16-0.
